Named for Kimber Benton of the Jem animated series, Kimber is a fun beret pattern in three sizes!
This delightful beret was originally published in Knitwit Magazine. All sizes require only a single skein of DK weight yarn. The beret is knit starting from the brim, which has a few rows of twisted rib for stability and stretchiness. Then increases are worked, with a modification provided in the pattern for a more slouchy fitting beret. After working the pleasing spiral decreases, the hat is finished with a charming i-cord trim. We hope you enjoy knitting this project! Tag us in your finished object posts and used the tag #kimberberet for maximum community inspo.
