SHIPPING AND POLICIES
All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you require a different or faster shipping method, please don’t hesitate to contact us before checking out.
All in stock items will ship by the next business day. Domestic orders should arrive within 7 business days
Priority mail is trackable and you will receive an email with the tracking number upon dispatch.
Each item is individually labeled with the recommended cleaning method: For 100% Baby Alpaca items, dry clean only. For socks: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
You may also hand wash 100% Baby Alpaca and 100% merino items however we are not responsible for any wear or damage to the item as a result of non-recommended care.
If you don’t find your location listed as a shipping option, please contact us. We can absolutely send it to you.
USPS quotes a delivery time of 6-10 business days for international shipments, however, customs and other circumstances can cause your shipment to take longer.
If you have any problems with your purchase, please get in touch. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will make every effort to replace or exchange damaged items.
We are happy to include a pre-paid return label with your order, upon request. Just ask in the comments section of your order!
We will deduct the cost of return shipping from all refunds (with a maximum fee of $9).
We ask that you make requests to return or exchange within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Items marked down more than 25% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
