Shipping + Returns
We want you to love your clothes, so we have a generally laid back attitude towards exchanges and returns! Here are a few policies we ask for your cooperation with:
Initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the item. Contact us at hello AT softha DOT us to begin your return.
Ship your item back within 3 business days of receiving the label. For efficiency, thanks! We'll send you a prepaid return label. All you need to do is pack the item securely and drop it off or hand it to a mail carrier.
Returns and exchanges must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept worn or washed clothing.
We deduct a small amount (no more than $12, typically around $7) from the refunded amount to cover the cost of return shipping. The fee is waived for exchanges. We are a small company. This allows us to accept returns without going out of business. If we made an error on your order (we're only human, so sometimes mistakes happen), no need to worry, we will correct the error on the HAUS!
Refunds will be credited only to the original method of payment. So if you paid with a credit card, we can't refund to another credit card or your paypal account, sorry.
International returns are at the discretion of SOFT HAUS only.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Items purchased at pop ups or special events cannot be returned.
