Shipping Policies


All in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days.  Some items, like our hand-dyes, occasionally take longer.  If this is the case, we will contact you via email.  We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays.  Shipping speed estimates are provided at checkout with each shipping option.  Please keep in mind that these estimates only account for the packages transit time after it has been scanned in at the post office. These shipping times are approximate and we cannot guarantee when your package will arrive.  However, if you require a different or faster shipping method, contact us before checking out and we will see if we can accommodate your request.


We offer international shipping via USPS and DHL and provide estimated package arrival times at checkout.  However, customs and other circumstances may delay your shipment and we cannot guarantee your package's arrival date.  We are not responsible for any fees or duties your package may be subjected to.

All orders ship with a tracking number, which you will receive via email upon package dispatch.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 24-72 hrs, please contact us!  Tracking information may take between 24-48 hrs to update.

Returns + Exchanges

If you have any problems with your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to accommodate you however we can.  

To start a return or exchange, please email us at with your order number.  If you received a damaged product, please include an image as well. Be sure to contact us before shipping your items back!  Also, please include a note in your return package with your request.


Products that are unworn and unwashed may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date provided through your tracking number.  Products must be clean and free of pet hair, deodorant, makeup, etc. or you may be charged a cleaning fee of up to 10% per item (you will not be charged for lint or a few random threads ☻). Items that arrive back to us with any stains or irreversible damage will be returned to sender and not be refunded.

Items marked down more than 25% are eligible for exchange only unless marked “final sale” in the product description.  Any items marked final sale, including sample sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.  At this time, we do not offer store credit.

Purchases of gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  Any items purchased with a gift card are subject to our listed return policies.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of purchase.  No exceptions.  We are not responsible for any charges your credit card provider may issue in regard to refunds or international purchases.


We cover the shipping costs of any domestic exchanges.  Once you have emailed us to confirm your exchange, we will send you a prepaid return label to adhere to your package.  For international exchanges, we cover our costs of shipping only. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to us.

We do not cover the shipping costs of returns.  You may ship it back to us on your own, or you can request a return label from us and we will deduct the cost from your refund.  We do not refund shipping costs.
